Cheesecake has to be one of the best desserts ever created, and we have come up with a mini, bite-sized, nearly guilt free version of this classic favorite.
Chocolate Square Cups (Made with Dexas Ice Cube Trays)
To get best results, use tempered chocolate when creating chocolate square cups:
1.Ensure Dexas Ice Cube Trays are completely dry and fill each mold with melted chocolate.
2.Flip the molds upside down over your bowl of chocolate and let it drain out, leaving a coating of chocolate on the mold walls.
3.Let the chocolate molds dry for 30-40 minutes and place in the fridge to chill for another 10-15 minutes.
4.Slowly peel each side of the ice cube tray away from each side of the box, then press on the bottom and push the chocolate square cups out of the mold. Place them on a cutting board or plate and return them to the fridge.
Cheesecake Filling (No Bake)
2.Add in the graham cracker crumbs and combine.
3.Add in the powdered sugar, slowly, until it is all mixed in.
4.Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
5.Take the chocolate square cups out of the fridge and place a spoonful of batter into each cup.
6.Store in the fridge until the batter firms up a little bit.
7.Cover with toppings of your choice (Whip cream, almonds, graham cracker crumbs, strawberries, chocolate drizzle, sprinkles…)
8.Serve and enjoy!
